Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 5-8 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with your order after the shipment has been prepared or accepted by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment begins.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
